FAQ

Orbiz vs Loom: what people ask

How much does Grabr cost compared with Loom Business?

Loom Business is about $15 per creator a month billed annually, so a company of thirty that all record pays around $5,400 a year. Grabr has no per-creator price; it is included in the Orbiz flat fee per organisation with unlimited members.

Can people without an Orbiz account watch a Grabr recording?

Yes. A share link opens a public viewer page; the link can be set to expire, and once it does playback stops everywhere. Viewers can comment and react under a display name without an account, identified by a rotating anonymous id.

Does Grabr transcribe or summarise recordings?

No. Grabr records, annotates, shares and reports on viewing; it has no transcription, AI summary or editing beyond capture. A team that relies on Loom’s AI features should keep Loom for them.
