Features

All-in-one business software: ten tools, one login

A small team runs on a project tracker, a time tracker, an HR system, a file drive, a password manager, a screen recorder and, eventually, payroll — each billed per seat, each with its own user list. Orbiz is those tools built as one product: one set of people, one set of roles, one database per organisation, one flat price.

What it replaces

Ten subscriptions you stop paying for

Each tool covers the job a small team would otherwise buy a separate product for. It does not try to be every feature of every product; it does the part a team of five to a few hundred people actually uses.

Orbiz — all ten tools, unlimited membersOne flat price per headcount band, annual billing$1,188$2,388$4,188

Vendor prices are US list prices in USD, annual billing where the vendor offers it, without first-year promotions, read from each vendor's own pricing page between 24 September 2026 and 6 October 2026. Each product name links to that page. Vendors change prices; if a figure here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.

The Orbiz figure is a year of its published price for that headcount band (up to 10, 25, 50 people) on annual billing. It covers every tool and every member; migration help and dedicated hosting are quoted separately on the Enterprise plan.

  1. 1Odoo Online documents a private database per subscription. Zoho One and Bitrix24 do not publish their tenancy model.
  2. 2Zoho One includes Zoho Vault. Bitrix24 and Odoo list no password vault.
  3. 3Zoho One lists meeting and remote-support tools but no Loom-style recorder.
  4. 4Zoho One includes Cliq, Bitrix24 has chat built in and Odoo has Discuss. Orbiz Huddl adds external guests limited to the channels you choose.
  5. 5Huddl is text, files and threads in this release; calls are planned for a later one.
  6. 6Read on 2026-10-04: Zoho MCP and Bitrix24’s MCP server are published; Odoo documents one for its recent versions only. Orbiz MCP covers every tool with each member’s own permissions.
  7. 7Orbiz has no add-on marketplace. If your workflow depends on one, a suite with an ecosystem is the better fit.
  8. 8Orbiz runs the company, not its sales pipeline or its books. The suites do both.
