The business tools a startup needs from the first hire, in one login

A ten-person startup ends up with eight SaaS invoices before it has a finance person to pay them. Orbiz replaces the HR tool, the board tool, the password manager, the shared drive and the notes app with one platform, so the founders set up an organisation once and everyone gets everything.

Every tool included in every plan. No per-seat charge, no per-tool upsell.

The problem

Where startup teams lose time today

01

A hiring process held together by email

Job posts on a free careers page, applications in an inbox, interview notes in a document — and no way to compare two candidates for the same role.

02

The founder’s password manager is the company’s

Every SaaS login the company owns lives in one person’s personal vault, which is fine until that person is on a flight.

03

Tool sprawl before revenue

Each new hire triggers invitations to six products, each with its own seat price, admin console and offboarding checklist.

The tools

How startup teams use Orbiz

Each tool below is the same product every customer gets — described here in terms of the job it does for your kind of organisation.

  • HRMS logo

    People & hiring

    HRMS

A careers page and pipeline in an afternoon

Build a careers page on your own subdomain from a few forms, no code, post roles with indexable URLs, move applicants through stages you define, and turn a hire into an employee record with a guided onboarding checklist.

  • Cadence logo

    Project tracking

    Cadence

Boards for product, growth and ops

Projects and boards for every workstream, sprints when you want them, custom fields for the things your team tracks — without a per-seat licence that punishes hiring.

  • Vault logo

    Secrets & credentials

    Vault

Company logins that survive a founder’s holiday

Move shared SaaS credentials, domain registrar and cloud console logins into collections the team can be granted access to by name. Encrypted in the browser, recoverable through escrow, and every read logged.

  • Notely logo

    Notes & reminders

    Notely

Shared notes and checklists that update live

Launch checklists, meeting notes and reminders, shared with the people they concern and updating in real time — pinned, coloured and labelled so the wall stays readable.

  • Huddl logo

    Team chat

    Huddl

One chat for the whole company, no seat count to watch

Channels for product, growth and ops, direct messages for everything else, and no per-user bill that grows with each hire. The first huddl is created for you with a #general channel the day the tool is switched on.

  • Filespace logo

    Files & storage

    Filespace

A company drive from day one

Pitch decks, contracts and designs in folders the company owns rather than a founder’s personal cloud account, with quotas you set as the team grows.

Explore Filespace — Files & storage
  • Ledgr logo

    Payroll & accounts

    Ledgr

    Payroll without a payroll person

A founder approves a salary sheet from a reviewed timesheet; the sheet computes itself from the pay cycle, structure and tax preset you set once. Claims, loans and a leaver's settlement follow the same flow.

What startup teams usually pay for instead

A team like yours typically runs on Jira, Clockify, 1Password, Loom, Notion, Google Workspace and Slack — each with its own bill, its own user list and its own offboarding step. Orbiz covers the same jobs for one flat price per organisation, with unlimited members.

Startups FAQ

Questions startup teams ask

Do we need to buy every tool, or can we start with two?

Every plan includes all of the tools; there is no per-tool upsell and no per-seat charge. Enable the ones you need on day one and turn on the rest as the team grows — nothing else changes in your account.

Can the careers page live on our own domain?

Your careers page is published on your organisation’s own Orbiz subdomain, and each job post has its own indexable URL. Applicants apply from the job post without creating an account.

What happens to shared logins when a co-founder leaves?

Credentials in Vault belong to the organisation, not to a person. An admin removes the departing member’s access, and items shared with them remain available to the rest of the team. The audit log shows what they read while they had access.
