FAQ

Orbiz vs SuiteDash: what people ask

Both are flat-priced. How do they differ?

SuiteDash publishes its tiers — $19, $49 or $99 a month, or $180, $480 and $960 a year — with unlimited staff and clients, and the higher tiers add marketing automation, onboarding flows and courses. Orbiz publishes one flat price per organisation by headcount band; every band has all ten tools.

Can Orbiz send invoices or run a client portal?

No. Orbiz has no CRM, invoicing, proposals or client portal. Clients meet Orbiz only through public links — a shared Filespace file, a Grabr recording or a job on your careers page. A service business that bills through its portal should keep SuiteDash for that side.

Does SuiteDash cover HR or payroll?

Its feature menu does not list hiring, leave, attendance or payroll; it lists time tracking under projects. Orbiz runs those in HRMS, AMS and Ledgr, with payslips built from the same attendance records.
