Orbiz vs ZenHR

Prices checked

ZenHR is HR and payroll localised for 11 countries in the Middle East and North Africa, in Arabic and English, with Saudi payroll wired to Mudad, GOSI and Muqeem and WPS files per country; it is quoted per organisation by bundle, headcount and countries. Orbiz also prices per organisation, but prints the figure, and that price covers ten tools — hiring, attendance and Pakistan-ready payroll next to projects, files, a password vault and screen recording. Both connect to Claude over MCP. Choose ZenHR for Saudi, Egyptian or Jordanian payroll and an Arabic interface. Choose Orbiz for payroll in Pakistan, or when HR should share a login with delivery work.

FAQ

Orbiz vs ZenHR: what people ask

Does ZenHR publish its prices?

No. ZenHR’s pricing page shows a Value and an Advanced bundle with Contact Sales on both, and its FAQ says the quote depends on the bundle, the employee headcount and the countries you operate in. Recruitment (ZenATS), performance (ZenPE) and assessments (Testello) are priced on top. Orbiz publishes its flat price per organisation by headcount band, with hiring and assessments inside it, so a written ZenHR quote can be compared line by line.

Which works with Claude, ZenHR or Orbiz?

Both. ZenHR’s Claude integration uses MCP so HR can ask Claude about workforce data, Saudization status and leave patterns. The Orbiz connector works with Claude and ChatGPT and acts as the member who connected it, with that member’s permissions, across hiring, attendance, projects, files and notes. The password vault is left out of it on purpose, and nothing can be deleted through it.

Can Orbiz run payroll in Saudi Arabia?

Not out of the box. Ledgr’s tax regimes and statutory schemes are tables an organisation can edit, and Pakistan’s are the ones built in, but there is no Mudad, GOSI or Muqeem integration and no WPS file. A Saudi employer should run payroll in ZenHR. Orbiz suits a team whose payroll is in Pakistan and whose hiring, projects and files should sit on one login.
