Orbiz vs WebHR

Prices checked

WebHR has the lower entry price: base HR modules at $2 per employee a month on yearly billing, a free sign-up, and payroll, recruitment, performance and other modules added per employee. Its Pakistan page says payroll covers income tax, EOBI and provincial social security. Orbiz charges one flat price per organisation, from $99 a month, for ten tools, so the sum turns on headcount and on how many modules you would add. For HR and payroll alone WebHR is the smaller bill. Orbiz earns its place when hiring, project delivery, files, credentials and recordings would otherwise be separate subscriptions.
