Orbiz Cadence vs ClickUp

Prices checked

ClickUp sets out to hold every kind of work in one workspace — tasks in many views, docs, whiteboards, chat, goals and AI — free for unlimited members with 60 MB of storage, then $7 a user billed yearly. Cadence is the project tracker inside Orbiz: scrum or kanban per project, backlog, sprints, custom fields and reports, with hours from AMS and margin from Trackline beside each project. Choose ClickUp for Gantt views, automations, docs and AI. Choose Cadence if the whole company should be on the board at no per-user price and project cost should come from the same people records.

FAQ

Orbiz vs ClickUp: what people ask

Is ClickUp’s free plan enough instead of paying for Orbiz?

For a small team that only needs tasks, it can be: Free Forever has unlimited members and tasks, with 60 MB of storage, five Spaces and trials of the heavier views. Orbiz has no free plan. The answer changes when the same team also needs attendance, leave, payroll or project cost, which sit outside ClickUp’s plans.

Does Cadence have Gantt charts, docs or automations?

No. Cadence has boards, a backlog, sprints, issues with sub-tasks and custom fields, CSV import, comments, mentions and reports, and its sprints link to Trackline milestones. There is no Gantt or timeline view, no docs or wiki and no automation rules; a team that plans in Gantt or automates status changes should stay with ClickUp.

What would forty people pay on ClickUp Business?

ClickUp Business is $12 a user a month billed yearly, so forty people come to $5,760 a year, with the AI add-ons charged per user on top. Cadence has no price of its own: it is one of ten tools in Orbiz’s flat price per organisation.
