FAQ

Orbiz vs Microsoft Teams: what people ask

Is Orbiz cheaper than Microsoft Teams?

Teams Essentials is $4 per user a month paid yearly — $960 a year for 20 people, for chat and meetings only. Orbiz is one flat price per organisation: $2,388 a year for up to 25 people on annual billing, with Huddl and the other nine tools included for every member.

Can Huddl run meetings like Teams?

No. Huddl is chat, threads, files and search in this release; there are no audio or video meetings yet. A company that lives in scheduled meetings should keep Teams or another meeting tool beside it.

We already have Microsoft 365. Why would we add Huddl?

For the chat that belongs with the work: a channel per client or project next to the board, the timesheet and the files, with guests who see only that channel. Many teams keep Teams for meetings and move the day-to-day conversation to where the work is.
