FAQ

Orbiz vs Bitrix24: what people ask

Both are flat-priced. What is the difference?

Bitrix24’s flat fee comes with a user cap per plan — five on Basic, fifty on Standard — so growth means a plan change. Orbiz has no cap: the flat price is set by your headcount band and a new member inside it never changes it. Both publish their prices; at 50 people Bitrix24 Standard is the cheaper of the two, at $99 a month against Orbiz’s $349.

Does Orbiz have a CRM or chat?

No. Orbiz has no CRM, no site builder and no chat; it runs the company rather than the sales pipeline. Bitrix24 does both, which is why it is the better fit for a sales-led team.

Does Bitrix24 do payroll or a password vault?

Its pricing and features pages describe HR tools and time management on the Professional plan, but no payroll engine and no password vault or screen recorder. Orbiz includes all three in every plan.
