Bitrix24 alternatives: CRM suites and project tools compared on price and scope

Prices checked

Bitrix24 puts CRM, tasks, chat, sites and HR in one workspace for a flat fee, which is why teams choose it — and why they leave when they need only part of it. Some outgrow the user cap of their plan; some find they use it as a task board; some want a CRM with deeper marketing. A good Bitrix24 alternative depends on which of those you are. Below are the options for each, with each vendor’s published price and where Bitrix24 still has the edge.

Why teams look past Bitrix24

Usually pricing and packaging, not the product

Bitrix24 is all-in-one workspace — CRM, tasks and projects, chat and video, sites, HR and time — priced per workspace rather than per user. The reasons a team shops around are almost always about how it is sold.

  • Each plan caps users: Basic is 5, Standard 50, Professional 100, so a growing team moves up in steps.
  • The free plan card says it is for one or two users, with 5 GB of storage.
  • The pricing page lists HR tools and employee hours tracking on Professional, $199 a month billed annually.
  • Teams that live in the task board pay for CRM, sites and a store they do not open.

Orbiz

What Orbiz covers — and what Bitrix24 does that it does not

What Orbiz does for a team leaving Bitrix24, and the two things Bitrix24 does that it does not. Keep both in view when you decide.

Included in Orbiz

  • Hiring and HR: a careers page, a candidate pipeline, employee records and probation reviews
  • Clock-in, leave, timesheets and screenshots when you switch them on, feeding payroll and payslips
  • Scrum or kanban boards with sprints, and project profitability from logged hours
  • File storage and share links, an encrypted password vault, screen recording and notes
All ten tools

Where Bitrix24 is ahead

  • Flat per-workspace pricing that covers 50 users for $99 a month
  • CRM, sites and an online store in the same workspace

If either of those is the reason you use Bitrix24, keep it. The case for Orbiz is the platform around the tool, not a longer feature list.

FAQ

Questions about leaving Bitrix24

Is there a Bitrix24 alternative without a user limit?

Orbiz has no user limit: one flat fee per organisation covers unlimited members, set by headcount band. Zoho One, HubSpot, ClickUp and monday.com have no workspace cap either, but charge per user or per seat, so the bill grows with the team.

Does Orbiz have a CRM like Bitrix24?

No. Orbiz has no CRM, website builder, online store or contact centre. If sales pipelines are the main reason you use Bitrix24, HubSpot or Zoho One are the alternatives to compare, and Orbiz is the one to look at for hiring, attendance, payroll and projects.

Which Bitrix24 alternative is best for project management?

If tasks and projects are most of what you do in Bitrix24, ClickUp and monday.com are built for that and have free tiers. Orbiz Cadence runs scrum or kanban boards with sprints and connects to time tracking and profitability, but it has no automation rules or marketplace.
