Zoho One alternatives: business suites compared on price model and what they cover

Prices checked

People leave Zoho One for two reasons. The All Employee price means a licence for everyone on the payroll, and fifty-odd apps take real administration to set up and keep tidy. A Zoho One alternative should match the part of the suite you actually use — CRM, finance, or the people and delivery side — at a price that does not climb with every hire. Below are the options, with each vendor’s published price and the things Zoho One still does better.

Why teams look past Zoho One

Usually pricing and packaging, not the product

Zoho One is Zoho's all-in-one business suite: 50+ apps across sales, finance, HR, support and marketing under one licence. The reasons a team shops around are almost always about how it is sold.

  • All Employee pricing is $37 per employee a month billed annually, and it only applies if every employee is licensed.
  • Flexible User pricing, for licensing only some people, is $90 per user a month.
  • Most small teams use a handful of the fifty-plus apps but administer the identity, roles and settings of all of them.
  • Monthly-billing prices are not published, so the annual commitment is the realistic starting point.

Orbiz

What Orbiz covers — and what Zoho One does that it does not

What Orbiz does for a team leaving Zoho One, and the two things Zoho One does that it does not. Keep both in view when you decide.

Included in Orbiz

  • Hiring with a careers page, a candidate pipeline and employee records, with onboarding and probation reviews
  • Attendance, leave and time tracking, feeding payroll with payslips, claims, loans and final settlements
  • Projects on scrum or kanban boards, and portfolio profitability from the hours people actually log
  • Files, an encrypted team password vault, screen recording and shared notes — all on one login
All ten tools

Where Zoho One is ahead

  • Breadth: 50+ integrated apps spanning sales, finance, support and marketing
  • A low-code platform, RPA and analytics across every app, with central identity management

If either of those is the reason you use Zoho One, keep it. The case for Orbiz is the platform around the tool, not a longer feature list.

FAQ

Questions about leaving Zoho One

Is there a Zoho One alternative with no per-user price?

Yes. Bitrix24 charges per workspace with a user cap, SuiteDash charges one flat price with unlimited staff, and Orbiz charges one flat fee per organisation with unlimited members, published by headcount band. Odoo, HubSpot and Lark charge per user or per seat, as Zoho One does.

Does Orbiz replace Zoho CRM and Zoho Books?

No. Orbiz has no CRM, accounting, invoicing or marketing automation. It covers hiring and HR, attendance and time, projects and delivery, payroll, files, passwords, screen recording and notes. A team that relies on Zoho CRM or Books should keep them or choose a suite that has them, such as Odoo or HubSpot.

How hard is it to move off Zoho One?

It depends on how many apps you use. Most teams move one area at a time: people records and hiring first, then attendance and payroll, then projects and files. Orbiz sets up a working organisation for you to evaluate with your own data before any commitment, so the move can be tested before Zoho One is switched off.
